Due to business demands, we are seeking for a seasoned talent who will be focused on Leadership and Talent Development and other “as needed” special projects designed to accelerate the capability of their leaders to support the strategic priorities of the organization. This role will also be accountable for enhancing team and/or individual manager performance within regions and where appropriate, globally, by providing learning solutions that include formal delivery of training (face to face and/or virtual) manager tools, assessments, interventions, skill-building or team development workshops, and will also support the execution of our talent and performance management processes.
As we expect, a successful position-holder for this critical role should be qualified with Bachelors Degree or educational equivalence in Human Resources with a minimum of 8 years of successful leadership and talent development experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. It is essential for you to have the ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization, developing and maintaining internal and external professional networks.
