LEADING SALES DISTRIBUTION TEAM



This company is an international oil and natural gas company which has activities in exploration, production, refining and exporting oil, as well as production of natural gas. With a market leading position amongst global independents in the supply, storage and transportation of petroleum products and a nimble aggressive approach to the global petroleum market, this company is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to spearhead their campaign into Chinese market, on the back of major investment in terminal infrastructure and growth in storage capacity.

You are required to work strategically with General Manager to plot a well-thought-out business plan, as well as to develop and manage a distribution team. You have to take full responsibility for identifying key target mining customers, winning and nurturing key accounts. You will work closely with 3rd party service providers including but not limited to logistics operations, equipment supply contractors, and engine manufacturers. Moreover, evolving strategic partnerships to enhance customer service and delivery capability is critical. In addition to your in-depth knowledge of market conditions, pricing models, market sentiments and general trends in the Chinese fuels market, you need to understand the requirements of the petroleum distribution sector. You are also responsible for your team development and performance.

You are required to complete a bachelor degree in business, marketing or petroleum engineering related with working experience in the sales distribution of an oil & gas industry. Open-minded, results-driven and initiative are necessary. Strong skills of people management and communication skills are also required.
